Purely Digital Service — No Physical Shipment
AU Movies is a purely digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Every product and subscription on aumovies.in is delivered electronically over the internet to your device.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is published to comply with the disclosure requirements of online payment aggregators (including PayU and PhonePe) and applicable Indian consumer protection regulations, even though no physical shipment is involved.
1. What You Receive
- Instant activation of your subscription plan (Basic / Standard / Premium) on the AU Movies streaming service.
- Immediate access to the streaming library via the AU Movies website and mobile applications (Android / iOS).
- A confirmation email with your Order ID, plan details, validity, and tax invoice within a few minutes of successful payment.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Activation: Instant, immediately after payment success.
- Confirmation email: Within 15 minutes of the transaction (please check spam / promotions folder).
- Tax invoice: Attached to the confirmation email or available in your Account → Billing section.
If your subscription is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please write to support@au-movies.com with the Order ID / Transaction ID and we will resolve it within one (1) business day.
3. Delivery Coverage
Being a digital service, AU Movies is accessible worldwide from any location with an internet connection, subject to content-licensing restrictions in specific territories. Primary markets served: India, and Indian diaspora in South Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
4. Delivery Failures
- If a payment is debited but no subscription is activated, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 7 – 10 business days.
- If access is not restored after activation, our support team will provide manual activation within one (1) business day of your report.
- Refunds (where applicable) are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. No Physical Address for Delivery
You are not required to enter a shipping address to purchase any AU Movies subscription. We only collect the minimum information required to activate and service your account (email, phone, billing state for GST). The registered office address of AU Movies is disclosed on the Contact page.
